In some vintages, listening carefully, we realise that one of these sites may have something extraordinary to say in its own right. It is only then that they make one of these rare single vineyard wines. The Last Chance is a beautifully sited small terrace, planted solely in pinot noir vines. It is one of the world's most southerly vineyards and tasks its name
