A multi varietal field blend of Semillon Blanc, Semillon Gris, Palomino, Chenin Blanc and Muscat dAlexandria. The wine is fermented in foudre and left in casks for 12 months on yeast lees. What is revealed is a complex nose of fresh lime, wet stone, cream, apricot and herbs. Sipping the wine reveals that it needs time to evolve
