After a track record of solid sales over the last few years, starting with its initial launch in 2023, Ravensburger revealed (in a recent press release) that Disney Lorcana sales declined in 2025, and have now "normalized at a high level." Ravensburger also stated the following about Disney Lorcana's current situation: "Those joining the brand with a primary interest in investment have since withdrawn, while the game continues to enjoy growing popularity among its core target group of players and collectors." Disney Lorcana sets released in the second half of 2025 sold out, and the number of players picking up the game continues to grow
