Iris Quilt "la moisson" refers to theIris Quilt Unknown Quilt MakerCirca 194074 x 87 inchesOrigin Unknown; Strearns & Foster sold commercial quilt batting under the name "Mountain Mist." Sometime in the early 1900's, Mountain Mist created patterns for quilts, and printed those patterns on the paper that wrapped their batting. (See photos.)
