Since your commander is focused on playing more Eldrazi, most spells are Eldrazi spells around a third of the deck, and that matters because whenever you cast an Eldrazi spell, you can pay 2 colorless mana to copy all spells you control, then copy all your triggered abilities and activated abilities on the stack
Not only will it crown a winner and hand out a serious amount of cash, but the success or failure of the rule being tested will likely decide the future of a bunch of cards and decks in the Modern format and potentially the future of the format itself
