Given the amount of star power on display, it's clear the color design of this card is the weak link, keeping the value in check

Rayleighs ability to reduce power across multiple targets and remove threats outright makes him a reliable closer in Red decks and one of the best One Piece cards

What did surprise me though is how nice the Graveyard subtheme ended up being: I count 20 cards that interact with the graveyard directly with a very generous definition, including anything that recurs (Starfield of Nyx), puts itself in the graveyard (Binding the Old Gods), puts other enchantments in the graveyard (Nyxborn Behemoth), or triggers off enchantments going into graveyards (Narci, Fable Singer)

In Brilliant Stars this problem did not get much better due to the explosion of Galarian Moltres decks as well as the extremely popular Arceus VSTAR / Inteleon deck, which typically played multiple Path to the Peak Stadium cards
