This card relies on getting all evolutions live quickly (which Sprigatito and Weedle help) and you should add 2x Red, 1x Iono, 1x Erika (two arent required generally), and maybe Pokmon Communication to help the cause

In the case of Chansey, tacking 120 hit points on a basic Pokemon (not an evolution one) meant that this card could be abused in the Damage Swap deck archetype that was dominant during Base Sets heyday (more on that later)
