Unfortunately, the OG is one of the worst cards in its own category, only fetching basic lands and putting them into play tapped

Also, the strength of this card is that it can banish Spell/Trap cards, so you can also banish "Paleozoic" cards that activate from the graveyard or cards like "Gems of the Original Roar." The Spell/Trap zone tends to get filled up due to "Infernoble Knight" monsters treated as Equip Cards and monsters equipped by "Therion "Bull" Ain." Therefore, I have included 2 copies of this card, which is a Continuous Trap, to keep it to a minimum
As for why the card sold for so much money, the most important reason whether or not it justifies its price is another more subjective question is collecting
