Unfortunately, despite Roids having a focus arround expensive Fusion Summons and some help from Speedroids, they barely offer any shortcuts to cheapen "Barbaroid" arrival, with the most viable option being "Cyber Dragon Nova" which relies on opponent's actions to pull out "Barbaroid"
At the end of the Battle Phase, if your "Gladiator Beast" monster battled: You can shuffle that monster into the Deck or Extra Deck
The cuts can be found in the Sideboard, and were largely made to reduce the mana curve, and replace inefficient effects with better ones, such as Hex with Ruinous Ultimatum, or Angraths Marauders with Bond of Discipline
You probably want to be bouncing two things with it to feel good about the amount of mana you spend on it, and you can do that as long as they have three creatures since it is rounded up
