Despite that you have enough cheap stuff, draw and selection that you can generally fuel Chandra enough without putting much effort into it

I think it will mostly see play in decks aimed more at the moderate competition level, not at the highest level of competition, where there are decks with capabilities to easily dish out damage that dont rely on a character questing

For the Common Good has a much higher ceiling than your average clone since you can keep pouring mana into it

It doesn't copy any information about the object the card was before it was exiled
