While it's encouraging to see that the Swords cycle isn't immune to reprints or Secret Lair inclusions, it feels like we've lost some of the card's original charm in the process
(Yes, you can play a commander just for the colors, but that is boring and I dont want to talk about a weird Vintage variant where you have a random card dictating what goes into your deck for no reason.) The most notorious commanders are central to the deck for the consistency and synergy they provide
Its an exciting and stressful time, but the holiday season has so much to offer: awful Hallmark movies, great meals, stressful family interactions, and, of course, the Happy Holidays cards from Wizards of the Coast (WotC)
Showcase treatments are available in every booster pack, but other treatments (like the textless full art cards) are more limited
Although both attacks deal low damage, this strategy allows you to stall effectively and annoy the majority of your opponents
