It falls off a little bit since it only cheats the equip cost of equipment that come into play, so its awfully vulnerable to Swords to Plowshares but still worth playing

As mentioned, Arwen is a fantastic upgrade for the Counter Blitz precon, which doesnt technically release for a couple of weeks
