The Figure is also good later in the game as you can bump it up to 4/4 and then 8/8 in a turn or two

The equipped creature gains +1/+1 for each counter on Gavel of the Righteous, and it gains double strike if Gavel of the Righteous has four or more counters

I think scarcity will keep them from being as widely played as I think theyd otherwise be, which keeps them off my Top 10 list
