It features a Patek caliber with distinctive moustache counterpoise on the lever, frosted gilt finishing, and self compensating flat balance spring. The case is gorgeously hand decorated by Patek throughout all of its outward facing surfaces. It is extremely ornate a wonder to look at under magnification. Even our
